Thank you for shopping at Zyro Threads. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a smooth process for you.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the original condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • It must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for returns.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@zyro.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • We will send you a return authorization form and instructions on how to send your item back.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to be reflected in your account depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If you received a gift and are returning an item, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s account.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back and issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective items).

7. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or custom-made items

8. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@zyro.com. We can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
