Return Policy

We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. Each piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch, but in rare cases, if the item arrives faulty—we’ll make it right.

Return Conditions:

  • Must report within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returns not accepted for incorrect size, dislike of fit, or subjective preferences

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via support@zyrothread.com with photos/videos and order number
  2. Once approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup (if serviceable) or request you to ship it back
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, a replacement or refund (if opted) will be issued

If you are Receiving any damage, defective , torn product please contact us within 24-48hrs, so we will re-deliver either exchange or replace product within 5-7 working days.
