At Zyro Thread, quality is our promise. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or torn product, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Product must be visibly damaged or defective
  • A clear image or video of the issue must be shared with our support team within 48 hours of delivery
  • Refunds are not applicable for reasons like size issues, change of mind, or color preferences

Refund Process:

  1. Email your complaint to support@zyrothread.com with photos and order details.
  2. Our team will review and approve valid requests.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We do not offer refunds for non-quality-related issues. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
